New Inquiry

Today we started our new inquiry during investigations. We started off learning about the elections then next term we will learn about the Earth, the planets and the weather. 
We learnt how to vote today. We had our own easy vote card and had 2 choices for the cafe at Discovery Time to make a choice from- cheesy rolls or fruit salad. Then we had to go into a voting centre in Room 1 to get our voting paper. After that we went into a booth to cast our vote. The winner was cheesy rolls!

    We liked it so much that along with our Room 6 friends we had an election here.

    Wow that was close! 21 - 24. I think I would have voted the cheese rolls as well but fruit salad is much better for us :) Looks like you had fun!
